At least two years of social media agency experience,
Excellent understanding of social platforms publishing tools, dynamics, rules & regulations, and moderation approaches,
Fluent in spoken and written English,
Experience with Facebook Business Manager and working with audience targeting tools,
Experience with a social management system/tool,
Experience in asset management and calendar software,
Good understanding of technology and the technological ecosystem.

Coordinates internal strategy, creative and media teams for seamless content creation, publishing, and promoting operations,
Responsible for content publishing, moderation, responding, proactive responding, and conducting periodic account health checks across all brands and platforms,
Ensures brands’ social media communication efforts are aligned with brands’ social playbooks,
Responsible for managing all social media activations, including contests, live coverages, and influencer collaborations.
