• Leadership qualities to lead and motivate a team,
• Knowledge and understanding of algorithms and SEO,
• Project and campaign management skills,
• The ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines,
• An eye for detail and the ability to work accurately,
• Self-motivation and commitment,
• A self-discipline to work fully remotely.

• Developing creative social media strategies,
• Working with creative team to compose engaging contents,
• Managing daily activities of all social media channels to build communities,
• Creating successful and bold campaigns,
• Reporting monthly progress to customers.
